In this classroom activity, kids make their own set of Continent & Hemisphere Matching Cards, coloring the cards and the decorated Game Storage Page.  Older kids can cut the cards apart themselves, although a teacher would want to do that beforehand for Kindergartners and 1st graders.  After assembly, kids have fun playing their games with their friends.

The PDF includes complete instructions and printables.  All printables are in black & white.

The game cards will need to be printed on 65 lb. (or heavier) white cardstock, which can be found where office supplies are sold or on the scrapbooking aisle at craft stores. Envelopes are needed for the Game Storage Page.

Optional:  Kids can slide the Game Storage Page into a Clear Sheet Protector to keep the game safely in a 3-ring Binder.

Recommended for Grades K-4.
